** COVID-19 Update**

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we are restoring services and programming in the Tiger Hills Recreation District. The safety of our community is our highest priority and we will continue to follow guidelines of the Province of Manitoba and health officials as we move forward. Programs offered will encourage social distancing and have sanitation procedures in place.

COVID-19 ACTIVITY GUIDE & RESOURCES
We have gathered the following list of resources to help you stay healthy, active and have FUN while engaging in social distancing.
The internet provides a wealth of resources such as activity tutorials, virtual tours, on-line classes to enable you to access the physical, social and mental health benefits of recreational activities while at home. However, also enjoy the time to disconnect from your devices, complete a shelved project, use your imagination, enjoy unstructured play and nature.
Maintain Balance - Take a break from the news and your screens, take care of your body, make time to unwind and remember to stay connected with others!

FITNESS PROGRAMMING is available through certified fitness instructors in the District.
